The announcement was made public yesterday via the official Twitter account of the Sorare platform and the NBA. The French company has entered into a long-term partnership with the most important basketball league in the world. This means that the game of Fantasy Sorare will be available in several sports: soccer, baseball and basketball. This is a major step forward for Sorare who wants to conquer the American market after the European and Asian markets.
Sorare co-founder Nicolas Julia said, “Basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world and we are excited to strengthen the ties between fans and their favorite teams and players through this partnership”.
This is a huge market opening up for the purchase and sale of Sorare free cards with the 30 existing NBA franchises. This equates to over 500 players under contract and therefore over 500 Sorare NBA cards that will soon be available. We also learned that 2 new investors have joined the company: the players Rudy Gobert and Blake Griffin.
Sorare NBA kicks off with new season
This is the question everyone will be asking: when will Sorare NBA officially launch? Although no date has been given, the launch is expected to happen before the end of 2022. It could even take place during the resumption of the NBA season on Tuesday, October 18.
